SUMMARY:Dragon Boat Race
DESCRIPTION:Dragon Boat Race – poster attached – September 1st\, 2024. Arthur’s Quest has teamed up with fellow disability charity Space 2 be me (www.space2beme.org.uk) to win the Tonbridge annual Dragon Boat Race on the River Medway. This will be an exciting fundraising competitive event\, as teams battle it out through several heats to win the competition. We will have a total of 17 people in any one race\, including 16 paddlers and a pace keeping drummer. We will have a stand along the castle wall\, which will also be the teams base. This is a free event\, so please do come along and support us on the day! \nIf you are interested in being part of the team\, please get in touch here. \nWe must mention our proud event sponsors\, without their support the event would not be possible.
